TreasurerNanette Hamilton[email protected]Responsible for budgeting and dispensing of league funds as approved by Board of Directors. Maintains FCLL financial records and assumes responsibilities for league finances.

Information OfficerBryan Brandow[email protected]Sets up and manages FCLL website and online registration. Assigns online administrative rights to volunteers, ensure that league news and scores are updated online on a regular basis. Manages FCLL Google Workspace and email accounts. Primary contact for FCLL regarding optimizing use of Internet and for distributing information to league members.
Head Player AgentColeen Silva[email protected]Record and maintain accurate records of all player transactions. Conduct tryouts, player draft and all other player transaction or selection meetings. Assist President in verifying player eligibility, prepare team rosters, and upload player, manager, and coach data to the Little League Data Center.
Player Agent (Lower Divisions)Suzanne Lider[email protected]For Lower Divisions (A, AA and Tee-Ball):  Record and maintain accurate records of all player transaction. Conduct tryouts and team/player selection meetings. Assist President in verifying player eligibility, prepare team rosters, and upload player, manager, and coach data to the Little League Data Center.
Sponsorship ManagerJerry Hulse[email protected]Solicit and secure local sponsorships to support FCLL operations. Review and update sponsorship marketing, collect and review sponsorship and fundraising opportunities, and maintain records of monies secured through sponsorship initiatives.  Coordinate sponsorship effort with Treasurer, Fundraising Manager and Marketing Manager.
Marketing and Public Relations ManagerAnne Perez[email protected]Oversee new player recruitment efforts. Develop and maintain a league marketing plan focused on player recruitment and retention. Work with local media to promote interests of FCLL and Little League. Coordinate efforts to make FCLL visible in the community year round.
Fundraising ManagerOpen [email protected]Identify and review fundraising opportunities. Review, update, and propose Fundraising Plan to Board for approval. Maintain records of monies secured through fundraising initiatives. Coordinate fundraising efforts with Sponsorship Manager and Treasurer.
Umpire-In-ChiefPatrick Lider[email protected]Serve as coordinator of FCLL's umpire program. Recommend volunteer umpires to President to serve during regular season. Recruit, review, and retain volunteer umpires. Establish and implement umpire training program for volunteer umpires. Communicate rule changes to league umpires, managers, and coaches. Recommend tournament-worthy umpires to the District Umpire Consultant. Attend umpire training programs at the district, state, and region levels.

Oversee and coordinate all field maintenance activities to ensure proper and safe field conditions at all league practices, games, and events. 
Equipment ManagerWade Hamilton[email protected]Responsible for the security, replacement repair, monitoring, planning, control, and inventory of all team related equipment. Work within budget for any team related purchases. Inspect all equipment at the start and completion of each season to ensure compliance with Little League International requirements.
Auxiliary President (Events)Jennifer Aochi[email protected]Work with Volunteer Manager to identify and coordinate chairpersons for specific events including but not limited to Opening Day, Picture Day, Hit-A-Thon, Spirit Days, and Closing Day, including league awards and trophies. Communicate Auxiliary Events and Activities to the Board.
Snack Bar ManagerDestrie Mitchell Mau[email protected]Maintain the operation of concession facilities. Organize the purchase of concession products. Responsible for management of concession sales at league events. Schedules volunteers to work concession booth during league events. Collects and reviews concession-related offers, including discounts and bulk purchasing opportunities. Organize, tally, and keep records of concession sales and purchases. 
Interleague CoordinatorKevin Lopez[email protected]Attend designated interleague meetings. Coordinate with which leagues FCLL will play interleague games. Schedule games for all divisions, Majors and below. Ensure all cancelled, postponed, or suspended games are rescheduled and played. 
Volunteer CoordinatorOpen[email protected]Solicit and coordinate volunteer needs for all special events and fundraisers.  Track volunteer hours, make recommendations for volunteer of the year. Manage Corporate Matching of volunteer hours through available programs.
Team Parent CoordinatorOpen[email protected]Serve as the liaison between the Board and the Team Parents, sharing information with the team and elevating concerns or issues from the teams to the Board. Coordinate with other Board Members to gather and organize relevant information to share with the Team Parent cadre. Maintain and update the Team Parent Guidebook for distribution to Team Parent cadre. Schedule and hold informational meetings with Team Parent cadre.
